A very rare and local xerotherm species in Belgium, hitherto only known from the provinces of LX and NA.
Native
Wingspan 13–15 mm.
The larva lives in spun leaves on the food plants.
The adults come to light.
The adults have been observed from mid-June towards late August.
The larva lives on Prunus spinosa.
It inhabits scrub, hedgerows and suitable localities where the food plant occurs.
