Caterpillar

Greenish white body with light yellowish brown head, sides darker, prothoracic plate brown, anal plate brown and darker punctuated.

Bionomics

The larva lives between spun leaves or in the seed pods on the host plant. They hibernate fully fed in a cocoon on the ground where they pupate.
The moths fly low over the foodplants in sunshine and have conspicuously white hindwings. The adults come to light.
