A very rare and local species in Belgium, not often recorded.
Native
Young caterpillars live under a web on the underside of the leaf, later in an elongated covering made of leaf fragments. The adults come to light.
The adults are on the wing in May and June.
The larva lives polyphagous on herbs including Origanum spp., Solidago virgaurea and Teucrium scorodonia.
