A very rare and local species in the southern part of Belgium.

Bionomics

The larva lives in silken galleries beneath the host plant. Pupation at the base of the leaf or in debris on the ground.
The adults become active around dusk and later come to light.

The adult have been seen from mid-June towards mid-August, occasionally later.
