Wingspan 15–20 mm. Grey-white forewings with basal area brownish gray with darker outer edge. Dark brown outward facing cross band about halfway out with gently curved edges.

Bionomics

The larva lives in an excrement-covered web tube between spun leaves. It hibernates as a larva between dry leaves. Pupation on the ground.
The adults come to light.
