Observed for the first time in Belgium in 2018 at Bazel (OV). The species was then included in the exotic species list in the 'About' section of this website. However, in 2019 another specimen was observed just west of AN and therefore, the species is placed on the Belgian species list.
Native In Belgium since July 2018.
First recorded from Bazel (OV), and probably introduced via anthropogenic activity.
The adults fly from late May to late July.
The larva lives on Inula and in our regions on Pulicaria dysenterica, especially in places grazed by cattle.
