A widespread but not so common species throughout Belgium, more distributed in the Kempen and the southern part of the country.
Native
The larva lives in a slight web on the flowers and leaves.
Pupation in a dead stem or in rotten wood.
The adults come to light.
Two generations a year: from late April till the end of June and again in August–September.
Several species of Boraginaceae: like Echium vulgare.
